There are also options to import or add Chart of Accounts in the list, view report, edit/manage the accounts.
This helps in identifying what is the payment breakdown for, if it is for a product or a service provided. Here is the list of the Product and Service we have in Quickbooks.
We can edit, run reports and add products and services to the list.
To add, you need to input all the needed products and services to a spreadsheet and import to Quikbooks.
As for the edit option, there is the option to make it Inactive , to run the report or duplicate the products and services
