Tracy orients new hire
– Company Policies

– Onboarding Plan

Tracy contacts Joanna with new hires contact info

Joanna gathers legal information {needs to be completed by the 3rd day}
– W-2 form (Employee)
– 1099 form (Contractor)
– W8 Ben (international)

TRAINING

Ο

Tracy trains the first day and does daily scorecard
– 3 days

Ο

Tracy does Performance Review after the 3rd day

Ο

New Housekeeper perform on their own for 3 weeks with weekly scorecard (Tracy)

Ο

Tracy does Performance Review after the 3 weeks
– gets pay raise according to their performance

Ο

New Housekeeper perform on their own until the end of 3 months (from starting date)

Ο

Tracy has meeting to decide to continue or the end the contract
– gets pay raise according to their performance

Each person involved in hiring/onboarding should have their own checklist
